The best support is the support you don’t need. But when you have questions, CompTIA believes you should be able to get your answers quickly and easily.
Over the past few months, we reviewed our online help area and found that we could do better. So we rebuilt our help pages from the ground up to offer a more user-friendly online help area for candidates and certified professionals. The result is much less complex.
Here’s what we have changed:
Help topics: The new user interface has icons to graphically indicate the main buckets of information, whereas previously the navigation was a lengthy drill-down list. Simply choose the main purpose of your question and we’ll get you to your answer right away.
Cut the fluff: We eliminated duplicate information and simplified the content so you can get the information you’re looking for much faster.
Feedback: We’re always looking to improve our customer experience. If you have ideas how to make our support area better, or if you want to simply send us a note regarding what particular part of our help area you find the most helpful, write us an email. There is a feedback button on the right-hand side of all pages. Please don’t hesitate to use it. You can also reach us by phone at (866) 835-8020, option 2.
